I continue to be impressed (and even surprised) with the efforts of every staff member in this team to deliver excellent customer service outcomes. I needed to exchange a discontinued console under warranty - the responses of each person I spoke to were heart-warming in their genuine efforts to get me a solution in the shortest possible time. Well done Emma, Matt and Linton!!! (I hope I spelt that correctly …)

Told couldn't price match JB HiFi which is fair enough. They only do Target but refused as Target is out of stock. 5 mins later I'm coming down escalator from Target with the game $15 cheaper. Didn't feel welcomed and actually spoken down to. But least they tried to sell me a guide for the game I said I was going to buy elsewhere. Yay.... New to Ballarat. I'll be sticking to other stores.

EB Games Ballarat has a really good amount of stock, the staff here are really nice and helpful if you need to ask a question. But pricey but that's no fault of the store. All in all, the store is really good

Absolutely incredible customer service, bought a switch and had some issues with it the same day, went back and they gave us new joycons which seemed to fix the issues, next day we found out the switch itself wants charging the joycons and they rang up the wendouree store for us and got the switch replaced. Great people, 100% will go here again 💞

EB seem to always have good staff working for them... But Nintendo switch preowned products are totally over priced for second hand and also EB will try to sell you 1 years warranty... Australians already have a 1 year guarantee on items deemed so by the government.
